Ryan Miller, Senior Director, Cybersecurity, Target

Ryan Miller is an intelligence operations leader with more than 20 years of experience in U.S. government, military, and private sector organizations. He has experience in large cyber fusion center operations, including the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) supporting the National Cybersecurity and Communications Integration Center (NCCIC) and the Department of the Treasury supporting the National Cyber Investigative Joint Task Force (NCIJTF) addressing financial sector cyber intelligence requirements and law enforcement investigations. Currently, Ryan leads the Cyber Threat Intelligence and Reverse Engineering teams at the Cyber Fusion Center at Target Corporation. Previously, Ryan served as an intelligence collection and analysis asset for more than seven years with the U.S. Army in the military intelligence field, completing multiple deployments leading analyst teams responsible for intelligence collection and analysis of terrorist organizations.
