Having joined Colgate-Palmolive as his second job out of college, Alex has seen the company transition over the past two decades and the growth within the information security program. Taking the reins as CISO in April of 2020, he quickly made an impact on the organization – revamping from an MSSP approach to building a team from within; bringing in his experience of running an incubator to the role; using storytelling to engage with the board; and building an internship program to help with talent.
